Update: Post Hurricane- the unit itself suffered very little damage, it was moved off its pillars (quote to reset 4500.). A little getaway just down the road from the river and boat ramp, and Navigator Grill. This little neighborhood has many units owned by the same family for generations- just like this one. Grandma and Grandpa took great pride in this unit with newer laminate flooring, new vinyl siding, new windows and doors, new skirting and upgraded electric, The HVAC system from 2012 but has newer compressor and fan motor.
