Built in 1927, this building is one of the handful of remaining historic storefronts in Downtown Wildwood. It is just minutes from The Villages, I-75, and Florida’s Turnpike. It would be excellent for any type of retail. The building has two sections; a main retail space and a back room that is set up for art and crafts classes. There is a small fenced in outdoor section in the back of the building, currently used to display pottery. There is one bathroom. Beautiful red brick Façade on the front of building is another attractive feature. Not far to the south, The City of Wildwood has just announced that the old public parking area will be redesigned to boast a parking garage. Please see attachments.
